Referral programme terms

Who can participate
Registration is free for adults aged 18 or older who can receive PayPal payments. You do not need to be a customer or own a business. You accept these terms when registering. The programme is operated by Liberty Digital Agency LLC, owner of CashFirst.
Direct attribution
The business must enter your code when creating a new account, or register through your link, which fills that field. It can review and change the code before registering. Attribution is fixed once the account is created. Self-referrals, fake accounts and duplicate business accounts to earn commissions are not permitted.
20% recurring commission
You receive 20% of the net amount actually collected for the referred business’s CashFirst subscriptions in euros, after discounts and excluding taxes. Commissions are rounded down to the nearest cent per invoice. They accrue on each paid renewal while the subscription and valid attribution remain. Free plans, unpaid invoices, QR card purchases and the business’s customer sales, points or balances do not earn commission. Examples are illustrative and do not guarantee earnings.
Second level: 2% from your invitees’ businesses
If you invite another person to the programme with your code, you also receive 2% of the same net amount collected from the businesses that person refers. CashFirst pays that 2% and it does not reduce the 20% of the person who made the recommendation. Only these two levels exist: nothing is paid for a third level or below. Nothing is paid for enrolling referrers, for registering, for buying anything or for recruiting: only for subscriptions actually collected from businesses. The invited person keeps their account and commissions even if you leave the programme; if an attribution is voided for fraud, the related 2% is voided too.
Availability and adjustments
Each commission remains pending for 30 days after payment. Refunds and disputes reduce or reverse commissions, including after withdrawal. Adjustments may create a negative balance offset by future commissions. CashFirst reviews attribution and payments before payout. An incident or documented indication of fraud may delay settlement while reviewed.
PayPal withdrawals
You can request your full available balance from €1 by entering your PayPal email and confirming your password. The amount is reserved to prevent duplicate requests. Requests are reviewed and paid manually through PayPal; they are not instant transfers and have no guaranteed payment deadline. “Paid” is recorded after transfer confirmation. You are responsible for providing the correct recipient and any PayPal conversion or receiving charges.
Responsible sharing
Share only with people for whom the recommendation is relevant. Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission. Do not send spam, purchase contacts or promise earnings. CashFirst does not automatically message your friends: you choose the recipient and confirm sending in your app. For Instagram, copy the link or use your device’s sharing options.
Data, taxes and questions
We process your name, email, hashed password, code, attributed businesses, commissions and PayPal recipient to operate the programme and prevent duplicates. We share necessary payment details with PayPal and do not access your address book. Referrers see their referred businesses’ names and plans, but not their customers or sales. Of the referrers they invite they see the name, join date, how many businesses they brought and the 2% generated; not their email, their businesses or their commissions. An independent essential cookie maintains the session. You are responsible for tax obligations applicable to your earnings; we may request information or documents needed to process payment.
