Reward cash without complicating your business
A simple programme starts with a rule customers understand and a reward your margin can support.

Start with an easy-to-explain benefit
A café might offer one point per euro and double points for cash payments. Start with one visible rule rather than ten campaigns. A clear message at the counter makes it easier for staff to explain. This is an example, not a profitability guarantee: calculate the actual cost of the reward.
Set boundaries before launch
Choose a minimum spend, weekdays, start and end dates, and redemption conditions. Explain whether offers combine. CashFirst applies the highest multiplier and largest bonus among matching rules, avoiding unexpected stacking.
Record both the sale and the loyalty activity
The payment method does not remove the obligation to record a sale. Issue the appropriate receipt or invoice through your normal system and use its reference in the loyalty transaction. CashFirst complements the POS; it does not replace invoicing.
Measure visits, not just points
Track how many customers return, how long it takes and which rewards they use. Compare similar periods and account for holidays, seasonality and price changes. More visits alone do not prove the campaign caused the increase. Adjust the reward before expanding.
